We’re looking to hire baristas for our new flagship café at our soon to open Social Wellness & Performance Club™. You will be an integral part of our community, crafting exceptional coffee and beverage experiences that align with ANIMO’s commitment to quality and wellness. Your passion for hospitality and skill in delivering outstanding service will help create a welcoming environment for our clients, embodying ANIMO’s vision and values.

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and wellness-focused beverages with precision and care.

  • Provide a warm, personalized, and professional service to all clients, ensuring an exceptional experience with every interaction.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment that reflects ANIMO’s high standards.

  • Develop a strong understanding of ANIMO’s offerings, including menu items, wellness supplements, and superfoods, to make thoughtful recommendations to clients.

  • Uphold rigorous hygiene, safety, and quality standards in beverage preparation and workspace maintenance.

  • Build relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and return visits through superior service and engagement.

  • Contribute to the positive atmosphere of the team, fostering collaboration and a sense of community.

Requirements

  • Experience as a barista in a high-quality café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.

  • A genuine passion for coffee, wellness, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and quality.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and other languages is a plus.

  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
